1. Proper nutrition
Listen carefully to your body!
Learn what is beneficial and what is bad for you and, in specific, how much you need to eat, what and when. As a rule of thumb eat as much as you need, as much as your body really wants, but avoid poisoning yourself by eating too much. When you chose your food, take into account the natural ‘cycle' known as the "food cycle" or "food chain". Follow the simple indication below to change qualitatively your food intake:
the Sun is the source of energy for all life on our planet. It nourishes the plants (the top of the food chain), which are then eaten by animals (vegetarian), which are then eaten by other animals (carnivores). The food at the top of the food chain, being directly nourished by the Sun, has the greatest life promoting properties. The food value of animal flesh is termed as "second-hand" source of nutrition, and is inferior in nature. Natural foods (fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, and grains) have essential nutrients that are easily assimilated by the body, whereas second-hand food is more difficult to digest and has less nutritional and metabolic value.
Eat three times per day and try to leave at least 4 hours in between meals. Never eat after 18:00, as this would only make your digestion slow and possibly disturb your sleep.
...and when you eat: think do it in a state of awareness and with the sense that everything serves the purpose of striving to the highest goals. After each meal say a few words of prayer, as for instance:
May fortune follow all deeds, may there be joy for all beings,
May there be well being in all worlds, may there be happiness for all creatures,
May there be peace for all, greatness of Peace,
Give us So-Ham, Namaste Hari-Hara, Om Rama
This prayer is not only good after a meal, but you can repeat it after exercising and before going to sleep if you want to strengthen your mind or want to heal a person. Repeat it kindly and with the whole of your heart. To read more please click here:

Since very ancient times physical exercise was regarded as one of the most important practices for a keeping healthy (and recovering health). Physical practices (click here) increase the body resistance, increase muscles and bone's health, unblock the energetic channels and maintain good blood circulation. In addition, since ancient times, physical exercise was regarded as the perfect way to promote and maintain healthy emotions and thoughts. The ancient Romans used to say: "Mens sana in corpore sano: healthy mind in healthy body." This is why, very prominent scientists, men of letters and spiritual leaders were also always trained in some sort of physical sport or activity.
Make training part of your daily life, run a little in the morning, jog, walk, dance, do yoga or floor exercises (push-ups, abdominals, etc) and see your overall state of health change: your cheeks become rosier, your body becomes stronger, faster, more flexible, your shape changes and your organs function better (better bowel movement, better circulation, better digestion, etc.).
3. Proper body care
We all think that we know how to take care of our body (and in many ways we do) , yet in many cases we are also very fast and quite superficial in the way we relate to it and forget basic small practices that can prologue the health of our teeth, stomach, brain function etc. We also often start the day in a hurried manner and find ourselves in the street when we are still half asleep and half caught in our dreams. There is a better way to way up in the morning. Give yourself the space and the time to take care of yourself firstly and of addressing the day from the right perspective: build up strength and the right defenses that allow you to be full of energy the whole day long.

4. Keeping your inner organs clean
Contemporary people eat too much or too much in a hurry, do not chew properly and combine the food they put on their table in a way which stops its digestion, absorption and, also, the proper elimination of all waste products. In this way, most people suffer from high level of toxicity which causes the lightest and also the most serious diseases of which mankind suffer in this age. Besides eating properly and fasting regularly, it is also important to keep the Large Intestine clean by following twice a month at least a regular cleansing practice which gets rid of the hard stools (often very old) that clog the intestinal tracts and cause the pouring of toxins into the blood streams, the liver, the intercellular fluids, the Lungs and the brain. People who have done this practice at our seminar under the supervision of expert tutors have reported miracles cures from many diseases. 5. Regular fasting
Once per week: fast! As you need to sleep and rest after a day of intense physical and mental activity, so does your body. Give it a chance to recover.
You should fast one day per week regularly and increase the days of fasting to three when possible and at least once per month. Gradually you can increase the fasting time to reach 7 consecutive days. You can also fast for longer, but to do this you will need to have some supervision. Please contact us for advice that takes into account your specific needs. Fasting also always follows the cleansing of the Large Intestine with Shanks Prakshlana method (see this site for details or write to us with our individual needs) or an enema. This cleanses your organism from toxicity and, afterwards, you will look fresher, your skin and hair will be shinier, you will have lots and lots of energy and you will feel emotionally light, peaceful and happy.
Enjoy a cleaner, healthier, slimmer and shiner you!!!

6. Positive thoughts and emotions
When we wake up in the morning and see our day in a positive manner, feel positive emotions for ourselves and others, then our life becomes magic: everything works out and, even when it does not, we still maintain an overall positive outlook, carry on loving, laughing and filling our heart and mind with optimism. In this way we become able to find creative solutions that enable us to transform even the most tiresome and burdensome experience in an opportunity for improvement and for empowering. Try. We all know people who seem to be successful even when all the odds seem to be against them. Think of life as a gift and power it with positive feelings and emotions and you will soon see that you become a much more happy and successful person in all areas of your life. 7. Daily meditation
When we meditate we clear our mind and free it from the unnecessary inner dialogue and spinning that simply use up energy and do not lead anywhere. Take the time to meditate during the day, 10' every morning and evening, so that you can renew your inner world, increase concentration, calm your emotions and connect with your inner being, where your true talents and abilities are stores. In this way, slowly, your approach to life and its ‘problems' will change and you will learn to live in this world, without being pulled in all directions by life events and circumstances. Meditate and you will see how your skin will begin to glow, your eyes to shine and your power to set goals for your health program to increase with every passing day. By meditating, you also relax heart, improve blood circulation and ease the lungs and the breathing. Last, but not least, people who meditate are, in general, happier, more able to make good friends and more effective at work and in any moment of their life.
If you are spiritually minded, meditate to awaken your inner supervisor and to take control over yourself.
Journey from sickness to health (personal experience)
When I started the health programme proposed by Healercentre.net I was obese, tired, depressed, very badly constipated, I suffered from colitis and had psoriasis. I was not a good picture to look at. I also could not look at myself in the mirror and hid my shape and my skin blemishes under long, baggy dresses. I had tried many times to loose weight and I was taking a handful of pills: for the digestion, for the skin problem, for opening my bowel, for my depression. Occasionally I took diuretics to get rid of excess water in my body and, also, tried everything well meaning, more or less informed friends suggested.
When I bumped into this web site I thought it sounded good, but was not sure that I wanted to try, yet again, something else. Nonetheless I started to try some things out, feeling that I would fail once more. I took the constitutional test and discovered that I was a damp person with fire in myself. I started to take off my diet all diary products and carbohydrates. I lost some weight and this encouraged me. I then started adopting the body practices, especially in the morning, before going to work......A horrible 9 to 5 job that I hated with all my being. I started to feel that may be I should look for something else, but started also to be more positive and not care so much for the things that happened there. I slowly lost more weight and then decided to ask for advice. Someone very kind answered my request and suggested I followed the ‘sunshine diet' for 1 month. I cannot say it was easy....especially the middle part. Still, I did it and the results were amazing...not only I lost weight, but my colitis and skin trouble almost disappeared. It was then that a healthy life style seminar in my town was announces. I did not think twice about it: I just went. There we cleansed our bowels and liver and it was marvellous... I lost more weight, my whole health improved and , most of all, I left it with lots and lots of new knowledge. Now, 8 months later, I have lost 15 kg and look and feel great! By the way...one day I walked into my job and with a big smile I just announced that I was leaving. I now have something new that I like, have more money and am truly cheerful. Thanks!!
