It is not possible to strengthen the immune system without any aid.
During the Second World War, American scientists worked very long hours and persistently so and, as a consequence, many of them developed a weak immune system. Because they starved, their tone became very low and, only later, when they began to feed well again, the immune system slowly begun to increase. The immune system firstly weakens when its iron reservoirs become depleted and secondly, in situations of disharmony of the nervous system. T
here have been numerous experiments i.e. the Americans have converted iron into a powder, to help people assume small amounts of it and increase the amount of iron in their bodies. Subsequently, they came ,to the conclusion that in order for the organism to metabolize iron well, it is essential to assume with it some green herbs as, for instance: dill, parsley, celery and coriander. As in Caucasus and Georgia people eat a lot of green herbs, some people, following the Georgian's example, decided to eat only green herbs: although it is quite simple to eat green herbs, it is rather impossible to turn into cows. So, their immune system did not increase.
It is important to eat green herbs together with other foods and, also, it is not necessary to eat two kilos of herbs a day, but to eat them in moderation and to see what dish green herbs are suitable for. For instance, green herbs are suitable in fresh vegetables, although boiled vegetables are less helpful than fresh ones and they do not contain iron. This is why, adding green herbs to boiled vegetables, will increase one's iron intake. Beans, for instance, go well with coriander which should, however be eaten sparingly, as its trace elements adversely affect the hearing, so that one may gradually end up losing it. Having said that it is good practice to add coriander to beans, it must be stressed that this dish should be eaten immediately because, otherwise, the coriander loses its useful qualities.
Green herbs should be prepared well ahead of time, so that they are ready when one starts eating: parsley and dill, for instance, should be cut beforehand and added to the soup or the meat just before starting the meal.
The immune system is 'energy' and it helps restoring sick organs: when an organ is sick, the immune system always fights against the disease. When somoene feels bad, this indicates that the immune system is low. When the immune system is high, it is impossible to be ill.
Some people are glad for the fact that, when they feel bad, they do not run a fever, but this is not good, as the fever shows that the immune system is fighting the diseases. It is really not a good thing that nowadays most people's immune system is rather weak and that, most of them, suffer from some kind of immune deficiency.
In addition, when person's nervous system is weakened, this affects first of all the immune system. So, try to be less nervous and do not say silly things. When someone says silly things, he is not nervous himself, but drives those who listen to his nonsense up the wall. Therefore try not to tell nonsense to anyone!
