A scientific experiment with “fast-food” and our organism”
In order to understand the consequences of regular visits to `fast food' restaurants, a European country carried out a scientific experiment: Anders, a young fellow, was asked to feed for two weeks entirely on `fast-food': hamburgers, French fries, chips and only drink ‘Coca Cola’. The survey was carried out by experienced doctors who closely followed the reactions of his organism. Although two weeks are normally considered too little a time to observe significant health changes, this time was chosen to avoid causing serious harm to Anders’ health.
In 1996, the USA had already reported the case of Morgan Trock, also a journalist, who had been eating in MacDonald's three times a day. He had, then, thought that this was healthy food. In 30 days he had gained 14kg, his cholesterol had gone up from 165 to 225 and his liver had become as enlarged as that of an alcoholic. In addition, he start suffer from constant headaches, had become depressed and his libido had fallen sharply.
What is ‘fast-food’?
The ‘Caf? Bistro’ had appeared in Paris as early as 1812, when the Russian Cossacks moved on slow Frenchmen into cafes shouting: “Bistro-bistro!” Yet, ‘fast-food’ was known even in antiquity.
· ancient Romans loved to sit and snack. Their beloved dishes were flat cakes, greased with olive oil, on which they put all possible foodstuffs including vegetables and meat. Many centuries later, when to this flat cake was added cheese, they became what is nowadays known as ‘Italian pizza’;
Chinese markets sell great quantities of
Pre-cooked noodles;
India is popular for its rice served with hot
sauce and the pieces of chicken;
Russia is renown for its patties and kalatches.
Ancient people ate more `fast-food' than any contemporary New Yorker. The difference is that the quality of the food they ate was quite different from ours as, at that time, both the chemical industry and genetic modification did not exist. Still, it is true that whatever we eat makes us: we eat to supplement our energy’s reservoirs and rebuild matter; this is the biological meaning of human beings’ feeding.
Potatoes, bread + the chemical industry
‘Chips” are great business, as one single potato is sold at the price of a whole kilo.
Chips were prepared for the first time back in 1823 in the USA and, very soon, became popular amongst the Parisian’s beau monde and, also, made their appearance in the menus of fashionable USA restaurants.
Already in 1923 they began to transport packaged chips to far away destinations. Today, the average American consumes every year 3kg of chips, whose manufacturing requires the 11% of the whole potatoes grown in the country. When chips had just barely appeared on the counters, they looked more like normal potatoes, whereas, nowadays, they are quite far from baring even the slightest resemblance to the potato growing in the fields.
So that chips do not rot, but remain always crunchy and tasty, a huge amount of chemical substances - including Monosodium Glutamate E621 (MSG), a taste amplifier - is added to them. Look how many different types of chips can be found in stores: thousands of brands! As it turns out, we are like one of Pavlov’s dogs:
- ‘we see the red packet with this beautiful picture and we give ourselves a gift by buying it’
This is a special form of gustatory food-addiction. Although a contemporary child would never eat a normal potato, he would easily eat precisely these chips - i.e. always preferring, of course, those with ‘taste amplifier’.
When one puts his hand into the desired packet, he even does not think that all that is going to happen for him is to delight more in the fast achievements of modern chemical industry, than in food or, in other words, in the main chemical concern of the producer of one of the most known brand of chips.
Bread and dry slices of bread: at a first glance there is nothing terrible about them, except from the fact that, when these are generously filled with preservatives and flavorings, they acquire new properties that put health at risk. The Russian public health minister has now forbidden the sale of dry bread and chips in schools. Doctors, in facts, were in a state of shock: diseases of the digestive system in schoolboys had been on the rise and the reason had been the general enthusiasm of children for dry munchies. Indeed children do not understand this.
Swedish scientists have established that sliced dry bread contains a huge amount of dangerous carcinogens substances: i.e. Acrylamide, a white transparent, water-soluble crystalline substance. This damages the nervous system and, according to cancer specialist’s data, it causes genetic mutations and the formation of tumors in the abdominal cavity. Acrylamide is formed as a result of the frying of foods rich in carbohydrates, whereas in boiled products, such carcinogenic agents are not formed at all. Acrylamide is, also, very fast formed in frying.
There is nothing wrong with frying and yet, when we use the same oil 6, 10, 15 times, then this produces an enormous quantity of this toxic carcinogenic substance.
Now just consider the frequency, the amount and the quality of the oil in which chips are cooked: what amounts of Acrylamide is there?
Stockholm scientists assert that for every kg of fried potatoes the content of poisonous substance can be up to 2000mgr, 40 times more than in 1kg of fried meat. Therefore doctors advise: meat should be boiled and should be accompanied by vegetables, products that preserve nutrients and vitamins.
‘Hamburgers’ in the world crisis
Hamburgers appeared for the first time in 1890, in the USA and were considered ‘the food of the poor’. They were thought of as a foodstuff made from low quality products. At that time hamburgers raised to the ‘inglorious fame’ and ‘eating hamburgers’ became a synonym of ‘eating from the rubbish bin’.
In 1920, the demand for the ‘rolls with cutlets’ grew: they started to be prepared in front of people and, to the increase the demand, they hired 20 young fellows who, disguised as doctors, cma to buy ‘humburgers’ making people think that: “If doctors eat them, they must be safe”.
At the end of 1940, the MacDonald brothers appeared on the scene: they were to become the fathers of `fast-food culture'.
Nowadays, the MacDonald corporation counts more than 40.000 restaurants in 120 countries of the world, whereas only 50 years ago they had only 14.
Doctors are puzzled: whereas the 40% of the inhabitants of any modern large city goes to cafes, a good 92% of them visits ‘fast-food' restaurants at least twice a month.
Fast food may not be pleasant, but creates an addiction in the same way as drugs and smoking do. There is nothing surprising about this, as even in ancient times, hashish was lushly sprinkled on eastern dishes, in order to please the guests.
The technology for the preparation of the fast products that has received such wide acceptance is also, without any shadow of doubt, the same. The underlying principle is the same as with cocaine or heroin addiction: cause in the human brain a chemical process that makes a person become dependent on this unhealthy food that not only destroys him and makes him ill, but also dependent: this is real food addiction! Most likely, sugar and stimulating chemicals are added to this food. It is obvious that, if stimulants are present addiction is unavoidable.

Many specialists and scientists agree in that:
`Fast-food' destroys the hormonal system and that the organism ends up suffering from food dependence.
Right now, someone may well order: two enormous hamburgers, a large cocktail, dumplings, some Coca Colas, and still go hungry.
With 'fast-food', in facts, a person’s caloric input is of about 1100kcal per serving, which corresponds to the daily needs of a healthy organism. Yet, during the day this person will also have: breakfast, supper and, compulsorily, a snack in between meals; the calories available from sugar and carbohydrates are all natural ways of filling up one’s stomach, but are detrimental to people.
As for the fats used in `fast-food' , these are not natural fats, but chemically produced substances.
In 1890 in the USA, by heating vegetable oil and thereafter hydrogenating it, was obtained a solid fat, which then they learned to soften. This is, nowadays, known as margarine. It also has another name: ‘trans- fat’.
“Trans-fats” are natural and artificial isomers of amino acids, they are excessively saturated with hydrogen. These and products, prepared with them are thought of as not harmful. ‘Trans-fats’ are present both in chips and in dry bread. As for pastry and cakes, it is their basic ingredient. There is nothing terrible about them, except that, because of their synthetic nature, we firstly end up putting on weight and then suffer from cardiovascular diseases and tumours.
Chicago based Ms. Kelvin, M.D. has conducted an investigation on the effects of a large consumption of ‘trans-fats’. She took two groups of monkeys: the first group was fed on 'fast-food' and the second on food with natural fats, rather than ‘trans-fats’. Both groups consumed an identical quantity of calories. However, after 6 months the body mass of the 1st group of monkeys increased by 7%, its abdominal deposits increased by 30% the blood cholesterol also raised sharply. The 2nd group, on the contrary, had a body mass increase of 2% and no other reported changes.
The cells of any living organism live thanks to the consumption of fat, proteins and carbohydrates. As the food enters the body it is broken down into the following three main components, which also fill the cell.
Proteins are their main structural elements;
Carbohydrates are the substances that help the development of the cell;
Fats absorb cellular toxins and are sources of energy.
Fats can be vegetable or animal and they are both regarded as natural. There are, also, artificial fats that, precisely, inflict irreparable harm to our cells. Natural fats enter the cell (these wait for their coming) and build up the cell’s membrane, they provide it with flexibility and nutrients and, at the same time, they absorb toxins. This is why fats are very necessary to any organism.
Artificial ‘trans-fats’, on the other hand, enter the cells and, as they have no tropism with them, create chaos; thus the cell undergoes a mutation that leads to cancer and various tumors.
So that this does not occur, we should assume the only fats of natural origin: egg, nuts, milk, fatty fish.

Everything, that we eat, must be of good quality, live and biologically clean, so that the organism can take the living cytoplasm and build its cell from it.
Food for mutants
You decided today to eat noodles from the small packet or to heat up some children's food either a soup or some puree from the same kind of small packet.
When these products are heated up, we strengthen the production of carcinogenic substances, caused by of the packing itself.
The Chinese say:
“Search for your illness on the bottom of your plate”.
As it happens, dried noodles appeared during the Chinese war. Later, people learned to brown them in refined oil and pack them. Yet, at that time, their life span was short and, this is when, the chemical industry barged in.
The composition of contemporary fast noodles is extremely aggressive to ‘sthe digestive system mucous membrane and can provoke not only colitis and gastritis, but also increase the content of Monosodium Glutamate E621 (MSG) in the organism.
Look at the spices in your kitchen: in 99% of all sauces, seasonings, dry products and soups you will find the additive, Monosodium Glutamate E621. This is an extremely dangerous food additive.
If we look to the past, Japanese have long ago noted that the acid from the glutamine algae noticeably improves the taste of food and, furthermore, that product processed with this acid should not be used again and again, and this in spite of the fact the Japanese were the ones who synthesized acid glutamate.
In the organism, monosodium glutamate (E621) undergoes a very complex metabolism.
As it accumulates, it causes the most serious diseases:
- bronchial asthma
- Heilzeimer
- psychical changes of depressive nature: ‘chronic fatigue syndrome’ in adults and ‘hyperactivity’ in children; adults cannot move and children cannot be quiet, control their thoughts, not only their motions. In the school they cannot stay still and teachers cannot stop them. This is precisely the result of soup spices, amongst which Monosodium Glutamate is almost, always present. Can you imagine what we do to our children when we let them go freely to `fast-food' places?
People suffering from a weak eyesight and psychical problem should not use Monosodium Glutamate.
Be careful before taking any product to the till, read its ingredients and, should it contain Monosodium Glutamate, put it back.
Good nourishment is at basis of health, is the building material, on the quality of which, our immune system depends.

`Coca-cola'
The PH balance of the blood is very important for the organism and it indicates the functioning of some biochemical processes within the human being aimed at filling the cell with oxygen. Through this a “+” and “-” balance is created. When the “+” and “-” of the organism is unevenly distributed, then the metabolic processes are disrupted and this, in turns, leads to lack of proper oxygen absorption and, further to the weak working of the erythrocytes and of the immune system. Gradually, pathological conditions, that should have never been there in the first place, emerge in the organism. The body becomes more acid than basic, giving rise to:

- anxiety
- insomnia
- liquid retention in the organism
In order to sustain the acid-base standard balance within, it is important that one consumes:

When contemporary fizzy drinks come into our organism, they suddenly disturb the acid-basic balance, and this because fizzy drinks contain large quantities of citric acid.
Coca-Cola, the famous fizzy beverage, firstly made its apparition in Atlanta in 1886. It was patented as a medication suitable for nervous disorders and was sold even in urban drugstores in the USA. Amongst its ingredients are::
- 3 parts: coke leaves
- 1 part: extract from the tropical tree, Coles
- fats
- oil extracts
Franklin Roosevelt, the then President of the USA, considered this beverage a national emblem at the par of the American flag.
The ‘secret’ of contemporary Coca-Cola is kept secret :
- water
- sugar
- ortho-phosphoric acids
- dyers
- aromotizers
- caffeine
Another substance can, however, be found in Coca Cola’: ‘Merchendize – X’. What is it and where does it come from is not disclosed to the general public; only the President and the holder of the actions of Coca-Cola know it. Nevertheless, some information has filtered down to INET, which suggest that this dye additive is obtained from ‘koshenilny coccids’ (Mexican aphis): after killing it with an acid substance or with extreme heat, a dyer can be extracted from these females aphis.
According to experts and medical doctors, such ingredients should never enter the organism. For example, citric acid is not a substance useful to it, as it makes its environment too acid. For instance, disease like osteoporosis or brittle bone syndrome, earlier considered a problem of those who were well into their sixties, can nowadays be found in six years old children. Extracting the calcium stored in the bones, the teeth and the hair of a child’s organism, results in the fact that this grows up being weak! A calcium deficiency can give rise to all kinds of illnesses.
All of this, because fizzy drinks look like innocent products.
Those who love fizzy drinks end up with:
- reduced immunity
- disruption of the exchange of microelements at cellular level.
Indeed, in a business generated by demand coupled by the desire for good returns, the buyer’ taste should be stimulated so that consumption is increased. This is why gas and sweet additives that stimulate taste are mixed in with the other ingredients.
What happens to those who drink a glass of fizzy drink:
* after 10 min: the sugar is ‘ sucked in’
* after 20 min: blood insulin rises, the liver ‘overcooks’ the sugar turning it into fat
*after 40 min: increases in blood pressure

Of course, in most case, people are not satisfied with drinking only one glass of this…. This is because the thirst-amplifiers are added to the beverage, so that if people drink sparkling beverages, often motivated by an unquenchable thirst, end up drinking glass after the glass and, in no time at all, one and a half liter may well be gulped down in no time at all. As fizzy products have a very high acidity, they take from the organism more liquids that they provide, so that, thanks of the thirst-amplifiers thirst increases.

Carotene is found in the fruit and in the orange-yellow pigmented flowers’ leaves.
Physiological value of Carotene: reduces the risk of contracting cancer from irradiation and tobacco smoking with regular use of carrots and carrot juice. The part of the Carotene, which the organism does not convert into Vitamin A, fulfills special defense functions. A moderate and regular use of carrot and carrot juice is also recommended to decreases the risk of premature aging and tumors.
“What can say about the benefits of beetroot juice?”
“The British physicians who studied
beetroot came to the conclusion that its juice can make real miracles in the human organism. According to research conducted at “Exeter University’, ‘Beet juice’ is ‘the’ energy beverage that can increase a person’s endurance by 16%, make him more physically active and able to hold large loads.
